  14. Since I have a snappy I thought I would share my opinions.  It is more like 
  15. the framegrabber that was in the DCTV unit.  Plug a live source into it and 
  16. choose the quality of the scan.  You can grab off of moving video because it
  17. samples the incoming video every couple of seconds and freezes it until you 
  18. decide whether to use that frame.  It does this using "Software TBC" process.
  19. Still images are scanned several times and then combined to make the final 
  20. image.  Image quality is very good and it is very simple to use.
